New Years Day.. a day of new beginnings, hopes and dreams. What will your new years resolution be this year? Will you stick with the usual, lose weight, start exercising, save money, get out of debt, stop smoking, stop drinking etc.
I challenge you to move beyond the “usual” and dig deeper .. maybe this year could be the year that you just be and accept yourself for who you are, get comfortable in your own skin.. when it comes down to it, isn’t that what mental health and happiness is really all about?
